June has been another whopper here at CookiesHQ – we all got together as a team for the first time in over a year, a new Cookies joined us and we learnt a bunch of new stuff at the Smart Cookies Breakfast Club. Let’s take a look at what’s been happening…
CookiesHQ Team Day 🍪
We managed to get the whole team together for the first time in over a year! Having brought aboard new Cookies amidst the pandemic, it was a great opportunity for us to all catch up face-to-face and enjoy a delicious lunch followed by drone flying in the park.
Project Initiative
The main focus of this team day was to present ‘Project Initiative‘ to everyone. Nic and Nat recently surveyed the entire team to find out how happy they are working at CookiesHQ (fortunately 100% said they were ‘very happy’ or ‘happy’!) and what would make them happier, while allowing us to grow at the rate we need to.
The team were taken through the plan of action to empower everyone to gain ownership and take initiative in return for better company benefits and higher salaries – resulting in CookiesHQ investing an extra £55,000 into the team.
